Follow up to Migration Series

We, together with St. Patrick’s, are arranging for a family day out at Dublin Zoo on Monday 21st August for a group of 33 including children and their parents from Mosney Direct Provision Centre. See EVENTS for details.

MOYROSS WORK PROGRAMME UPDATE

We have great news from Leopardstown Race Course where two lads from Moyross are doing extremely well. Pat Keogh writes: “They are two great guys and are very hard workers. They are very popular with all the staff here and would be welcome back any time.”  One of them has been given an opportunity to work for Fitzers at Leopardstown; Fitzers are “delighted” with him so he may well be set up for a career in catering in the future.

Summer Mass Schedule

There will be no Sunday evening Mass during July and August.

Lenten Series

Our Response to Migration

The Lenten series this year for the parish of the Assumption and St. Patrick’s will deal with Migration and consider what our response should be from a biblical perspective. The brown envelope collection will be donated towards providing accommodation for refugees. Please make a note of the dates for your diary – 7, 14, 21 and 28 March.  All are welcome to attend.
